Democracy
What is a democracy? It is a form of government in people choose leaders by voting. In Greek, democracy means 'rule of the people'. And each people have to vote for something, but only adults, and male ones can. Little kids can't, and so are just travelers. The one with more hands win, someone cannot disobey. The earliest democracy in the world begins in Athens, in 510B.C. When it succeeded, the other city-states followed too. But the others even fewer people to vote.
